Dear Dr. Southcott’s family,
I want to send my condolences to your family. My parents read about the passing of your father this past week and were sorry that they had not heard in time to pay their respects at the visitation or funeral.
Dr Southcott cared for me after my birth and we were neighbours on Ridout Street for many years. We often speak about the kindness and freindship that your parents offered our family. Your mother and father were wonderful people who truly touched our lives and the lives of my family. We are thankful for having known them. They will be forever in our memories.
