Gladys was my secretary for over 10 years. She was a wonderful support for me, always did more than was required, kept me on track and ran my office smoothly. Since my retirement she has kept me up to date with London news, sending lengthy letters packed with newspaper clippings that she knew I would enjoy. She was a very good friend and I will miss her. My sympathy goes to her family. Penny Bent

I was fortunate to have known Gladys for nearly twenty years. She always brought a smile to my face during our many lunches when we both worked downtown. In recent years we have enjoyed sending each other cute emails. I am very saddened to hear of her passing. My sympathies to her relatives. Her smile and easy demeanour will be greatly missed. Rest in Peace Gladys.

Gladys was a great help to me the year that I was an articling student and I enjoyed our long chats on the telephone and our visits over the years. She was a good friend and I will miss her.
