JOHNSTON — At London Health Sciences Centre, Victoria Campus, on Tuesday July 19th 2005, Ruth (Shaver) Johnston of London in her 94th year. Beloved wife of the late Cecil Johnston. Dear mother of Ruby Ferguson and her husband Stanley of St. Thomas, Cecil Johnston Jr. and his wife Marilyn of London, and Roy Johnston and his wife JoAnn of Belmont. Dear sister of Dorothy Horst of London (and her late husband George). Predeceased by her daughter Margaret Kelly, her brother Chester Shaver and her grandson Jeffrey. Also loved by her 11 grandchildren, her great-grandchildren and her great-great-grandchildren. Friends will be received by the family 1 hour prior to the funeral service being conducted in the chapel of the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London, on Thursday July 21st at 1 P.M. Interment in Woodland Cemetery, London. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations would be appreciated to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario, 617 Wellington Street, London N6A 3R6, or Wellington Street United Church, 156 Wellington Street, London N6B 2K8.
