We are all thinking of your family today and remembering the good times we have shared. Do you remember the time Dad concocted a mixture of horse linament and other unknown horse medicines into a jar for your Mother’s knees. I am not sure that she ever actually used it but she brought it out many times. How did we know in 1965 that a group of men and their families from so many different backgrounds would form a bond as strong as the one that our parents have had.
Please give our best regards to Don. The weather is just too hot for Mom to come but she has been telling us stories all morning about the good times she remembers with your Mom and Dad.
Someone once told me that memories are a way of saying thank you for the good times you have had in your life. Your lovely Mother has given all of us lots of memories! We say thank you as she looks down from above
Sincerely,
Maryon, Hugh, Suzanne and all the Gang
There will be a little less laughter is the world with out Evelyn. WE will miss her.
