Peacefully passed away with family at his side on Sunday May 8, 2005 at London Health Sciences Centre, Westminister Campus, Ivan Leslie Hilborn of London in his 78th year. Beloved husband of the late Barbara Hilborn (1993). Dear father of Ann Hilborn and Alan Fisher of Pickering, David and Terri Hilborn of Markham, Linda and Brian McDonald of Kitchener, and John Hilborn and Jessica O’Brien of London. Loved by his grandchildren Daniel and Melanie Hilborn and Jordan and Bryce McDonald. Dear brother of Ruth Taylor of Goderich and brother in law of Janet Evans of Exeter. Ivan will be dearly missed by his family and friends. Friends will be received by the family on Wednesday May 11 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm at the A.Millard George Funeral Home 60 Ridout Street South, London where a funeral service will be conducted on Thursday May 12 at 11 am with Reverend Michael J. Stol officiating. Interment in Woodland Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society 123 George Street, London N6A 3A1.
