To Mrs.Haly and family.Maybe you do not remember us,but we were patients of Dr.Haly and thought the world of him.He delivered our youngest son,and we could not have had a better doctor for our oldest as he had asthma very bad.We will never forget him.God bless all of you .Sincerly ,Cyril and Greta Read
My sincere sympathies. Dr. Haley was always a very caring and sympathetic person. He guided me through
the birth of and the raising of my four sons. I was
saddened when he had his stroke and closed his office.
My prayers are with you in this difficult time.

Mrs. Haley, Karen, Ted, Effie, Peter and family,
We are thinking of you all and we hope the many happy memories you have made over the years within your family help you through this time in your lives.
To the Haley Family: on behalf of myself and the London Knights Hockey Club, I wish to express my deepest Sympathy at the passing of Dr. Haley. I first met Frank in 1970 when I came to London to be the Trainer of the London Knights and became fast friends with him. While he was the Doctor of the Knights, he was such a wonderful person to everyone involved with the Team. We workied together for many seasons and had so much fun as Frank really loved his players and the sport. He is responsible to bringing Dr. Dieter Bruckschwaiger to the Team as his replacement once he could no longer dedicate his time to the London Knights and for that we will always be grateful. I have met so many incredible people in all my years with the Knights, but I shall always remember Frank as a truly remarkable person and someone that I am truly thankful that I had the pleasure of knowing and consider a friend. He was such a great man to all who knew him. Once again, please accept our condolences to the Family at this time. I shall miss him. Sincerely…Don Brankley

To Mrs. Haley, Karen, Ted, Effie, & Peter: We wish to extend our sincere sympathy as our thoughts & prayers are with you and your family during this sad & difficult time. May your memories bring you happiness.
Dr. Haley was my doctor from the time I was born until he retired. He was a kind man and always listened to my concerns.
When I was 16 I was diagnosed with J.R.A. Dr. Haley guided me to a full recovery with warmth, compassion, and humour. He always joked that I should move to California. And he promised me that I would never end up in a wheel chair.
Twenty-five years later, I am an active mother of two boys, running two businesses, teaching karate, and working on my black belt. I know that Dr. Haley’s quick diagnosis and treatment helped me be what I am today.
I am very sorry for your loss, and I want you to know that I will never forget what Dr. Haley did for me.
