To Shirley and Marion: I would just like to send my sympathy to you at this time.
I well remember being at Bessie’s home with you Shirley when Dennis was just a little boy. I wanted to let you know you are in my thoughts and prayers. My husband passed away the end of January. We had celebrated over 52 years of marriage.
Sincerely Isobel

Merebeth and Family
Please accept my deepest regrets at the passing of Bessie. Your mom was a wonderful woman and a great friend. There was a period in our lives when we truly needed each other, Bessie because she was trying to come to terms with an empty nest and me because I was unable to cope with a nest that was filling up. We shared many happy hours doing simple things like cooking, cleaning, ironing and shopping. It was the things that made life easier for everyone around us and it was one of the happiest times in my life. Bessie taught me how to iron a starched white shirt and how to cook a great maccaroni and cheese.
Over the years many events large and small have made life a lot more complicated but I have always had a spot in my heart for mom and it will always remain with me. You were a priviledged girl to have had such a wonderful mom and dad and I was a priviledged person to have had them touch my life. She will be missed by a lot of people but not forgotten.
