We enjoyed wonderful times together especially in the early creative stages of the Adult Centre at Wheable. Win was a loyal teammate, thoughtful and reliable, in school and on the golf course. His influence is immense, his early passing profoundly sad. Heartfelt sympathy to Lynda and family.

Dear Linda, the Schell family, and friends,
It’s not possible to express my feelings in words, but Win taught me to try, and I cannot stay silent. Win’s example and inspiration helped to guide me to a music career, with some publishing also thrown in – he will always be with me and so many others, as we try to make him proud through our actions and compassion for others. Please accept my heartfelt condolences.

Dear Linda and Micheal and rest of family:
I am so sorry to read about the early passing of Winston. I knew Winston, and Linda and Micheal during the 1970’s when Win was a very kind and patient mentor and friend. He was a gracious and very kind person whith a great ability to see the good in others. He seemed to have a deep desire to help others and he certainly helped me.
I remember how happy he was when he first met Linda. He expessed that he had found his soul-mate and I’m glad that he got to live for many years with his loving partner. I also remember how proud he was of his then young son Micheal whom he spoke of as a very special and gifted boy.
My sincere condolences to all of Win’s family and I regret that illness prevents me from paying my respects at the funeral home.
Sincerely, (Vicki) Marjorie Van Linden

Dear Linda, The world works in mysterious ways. I received a call from a friend who heard from another friend etc. It must be nearly 30 years since we had any contact. But I still remember those early days when Kim and Win were good friends. I hope the intervening years were good for both of you. I hope you have a good support network to help you through these times. Marty Crowder
