AVEY — At London Health Sciences Centre, University Campus, on Monday August 2nd 2004, Florence Isabelle Avey of London in her 86th year, widow of the late Thomas Victor Avey (February 24, 1997). Mother of Thomas Victor Avey and his wife Karin of London. Grandmother of Jonathan Everett and Marc Thomas Avey. Also survived by brother-in-law N. Bruce Avey and wife Ida, a childhood friend. Also survived by Donna Leason (Mrs. William James) of St. Thomas; and by her special niece and nephew Shirley (Honsinger) and Ray Sherwin of St. Thomas and several other nieces, nephews and relatives. Friends will be received by the family from 7-9 P.M. Thursday at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London, where the funeral service will be conducted in the chapel on Friday August 6th at 1.30 P.M. with Reverend Jeffrey Smith of Redeemer Evangelical Lutheran Church officiating. Interment in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, London.
