HAY — At London Health Sciences Centre, University Campus, on Tuesday March 30th 2004, Pearl Irene (Long) Hay of London in her 94th year. Beloved wife of the late Alex M. Hay (2003). Dear mother of Peter James Hay and his wife Mary of Thorndale, and Mary Jane Fry and her husband Brian of London. Loving and devoted grandmother to Rebecca and Jason Neyers, Sarah Fry and her partner Andy Hancox, Robert and Michael Hay; and her great-grandson Lucas Neyers. Dear sister of Elmer Long of London, and predeceased by her brother Wilmer Long and her sisters Hazel, Evelyn and Pauline. Dear sister-in-law of Lorna Getliffe and her husband Ray, and Connie Hay all of London. Survived by several nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place. Honouring our mother’s wishes that her passing be as she lived, quietly, there will be a family graveside service only at Woodland Cemetery, London. No visitation.
