PEAK —- At Strathroy-Middlesex General Hospital on Saturday May 17th 2003, Roena E. (Johnston) Peak, of Thedford and formerly of London, in her 91st year. Beloved wife of the late D. Fred Peak. Dear mother of Beverley and her husband Eugene Somerville of Windsor, and Dianne and her husband Ben Miron of Red Lake. Dear sister of Ralph Johnston and his wife Margaret of London, and predeceased by her brothers Norman , Raymond , and Cameron Johnston. Also loved by her grandchildren Lynn (Jeff) , Robert (Donna), Michael (Cathy), and Karen (Shane). Loved great-grandmother of Kristopher, Nicholas, Benjamin, Bryanna, Quinn, Natalie, Meaghan and Mitchell. Friends will be received by the family from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. Tuesday at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London, where the funeral service will be conducted in the chapel on Wednesday May 21st at 1 P.M. with Archdeacon Ken Anderson of St. James Westminster Anglican Church officiating, assisted by Reverend Edgar Healey of St. Anne’s Anglican Church, Port Franks. Interment in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, London. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations would be appreciated to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario, 617 Wellington Street, London N6A 3R6, or the charity of your choice.
