Dearest Pastor Zimmerman and family…we were so sad to see about Kathy in the paper. Please know that we are all thinking of you this week and also accept condolences from my sister and her family in Hamilton. You were such a support for us during our tough times as well as our great wedding for Heather and Jeff. May you now find lots of comfort from your family and friends. Sincerely Jette and Ray Collins and family

Dear Pastor Zimmerman: Our association with you and Kathy goes back to the time when the children (Mitchell and Alana) of Geoff and Linda Axford were baptized. I recall sitting outside their residence one lovely afternoon and having a very comfortable conversation with Kathy. Since then, through Geoff, we have been kept up-to-date on happenings in your lives and it seems so tragic that, with only a taste of retirement, the two of you have been faced with the serious illness that Kathy experienced. Thank God that you did not face this challenge alone for The Almighty sees even the little sparrow fall. No doubt Kathy’s faith has helped to see her through the realization that, along with a serious illness, she wasn’t going to get better. Geoff tells me that tomorrow those attending her funeral service will be made all the more aware of her faith and presence as her wishes are carried out. May God continue to keep you, your children, and those who mourn Kathy’s passing in His tender care.
Sincerely, Rae and Joyce Axford
