BLACKER: Phyllis, Passed away peacefully and on her own terms, on Thursday, January 23, 2003 at London Health Sciences Centre, University Campus. Phyllis, loving wife of John. Dear and loving mother of Joan Linden and her husband Tom of London, Ted Blacker and his wife Sabine of Oakville and Terry Arnett and his life partner Johanna Wells of Aurora. Devoted grandmother to David Arnett and his wife Caroline, Elizabeth and Teddy Linden and Benny and Ian Blacker. Loving great-grandmother of James Arnett. Dear sister of Gordon Rabb and his wife Cory of Harriston, Helen Daniels and her husband Chuck of Toronto, Shirley Dennis and her husband Ernie of Harriston and Joan Greenwood and her husband Lloyd of Harriston. Loved sister-in-law of Jean Rabb of Harriston and Phyllis Rabb of Kingsville. Predeceased by her 3 brothers Bill Rabb, Mac Rabb and Alan Rabb and her sister Abbie McAllister. Friends will be received by the family from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London where the funeral service will be conducted in the chapel on Sunday, January 26th at 1:30 p.m. with Reverend Kate Hathaway officiating. Interment in Harriston Cemetery, Harriston.
