HARTRY — Mr. Arthur Gordon Hartry of London passed away peacefully at Parkwood Hospital, London, on Sunday December 29th 2002. Beloved husband of Marie (Dixon ) Hartry. Dear father of Marla Nicholls and her husband Barry of London. Loved by his two grandchildren Matthew and Alyssa. Dear brother of Richard Hartry and his wife Connie of Kirkland, Washington, and predeceased by his two sisters Doris Grant and Mildred Skaarup and two brothers Ralph and Victor Hartry. Dear brother-in-law of Adeline Elliott (and husband late William) of Centralia; Everett Adams (and wife late Dorothy) of Mount Clemens, Michigan; and Donald Patterson (and wife late Winnifred) of London. Also loved by his nieces and nephews. Mr. Hartry was the proprietor of Hartry Foods in Old South London for 22 years. Friends will be received by the family from 7-9 P.M. Thursday at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London, where the funeral service will be conducted in the chapel on Friday January 3rd at 11 A.M. with Reverend David Bode of Faith Lutheran Church officiating. Interment in Woodland Cemetery, London. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario, 617 Wellington Street, London N6A 3R6, or Faith Lutheran Church, 310 Southdale Road East, London N6E 1A1 would be appreciated by the family.
