Dear Doug and Family,
Please accept my heartfelt sympathy – I worked with Joan for 4 years in customer service at Masonville. I remember how much fun she was and how she loved chocolate and would sneak tiny pieces of it even though she knew it would probably give her a migrain. I work at the Outlet now but in years past when I would come back to Masonville for a visit to see old friends I’d see Joan and she would always give me a hug and ask how I and my family were. She was a wonderful person and I’m going to miss her.
Love,
Ann Bozik
