Irene, please know that we are thinking of you at this time. Jim played a big part in both Ian’s military life and in my family. We all knew that my father could not or would not attempt to take a step without checking it first with Mr. Tuffin. He will truly be missed.
You and the family are in our thoughts and prayers.

An outstanding soldier, a very well liked human being, a friend and a truly great family man. We had the priviledge to work in London with Tuff and stand along side of him, and be brothers at arms with him. To us he was a fine and proud Canadian.
He will be missed.
Our sincerest condolences to Irene and the Family.
