At the London Health Sciences Centre – University Campus on Sunday, July 7th, 2002 John R. Scott of London in his 82nd year. Beloved husband of M. Jean (McDougall) (Talcott) Scott and the late Margaret M. (Watson) Scott. Dear father of Rob Scott and his wife Pat of London, Tracey Scott-Moore and her husband Steve of Port Coquitlan, B.C., Sherry Paddon and her husband Jim of Komoka and Rennie Scott of St. Catharines. Dear step-father of Marie Keating and her husband Bob of London and Leroy Talcott and his wife Susan of Tilbury. Dear brother of Nancy Flynn and her late husband Howard of Croswell, Michigan, Joe Scott and his late wife Thelma of London, Lornie Scott and his wife Mary of Wiarton and predeceased by his brother Bob Scott. Dear brother-in-law of Betty Scott of London. Also loved by his grandchildren. Friends will be received by the family from 2-4 and 7-9pm Tuesday at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London where the complete funeral service will be conducted in the chapel on Wednesday, July 10th, 2002 at 1:00pm. Interment in Greenwood Cemetery, Ridgetown Ontario on Thursday, July 11th, 2002 at 11:00am.
