MORRISON:
Peacefully at Elmwood Place Retirement Community on Tuesday, April 29, 2003. Earle D. Morrison of London in his 95th year. Beloved husband of the late Margaret F. (Ross) Morrison. Dear father of Larry D. Morrison and his wife Catherine of London and Alix Delvaux and her husband Guy of Holland. Loving grandfather to Merieh Gibbs and her husband Steve, Jina Stainbrook and her husband Duane, Juel McNeilly, Brent McNeilly and Chloe Delvaux . Also loved by his 3 great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Lynn Morrison and his wife Marion of Peterborough and Ward Morrison and his wife Margaret of Toronto. Predeceased by his 5 brothers Fred, Lyle, Hume, Don, and Jack Morrison and his 2 sisters, Olive Morrison and Ona Solomon. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received by the family one hour prior to a memorial service being conducted in the chapel of the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London on Friday, May 2nd at 1:00 p.m. As an expression of sympathy memorial donations may be made to the Parkinson Society of Canada, 4500 Blakie Road, Unit 117, London ON. Larry, I remember meeting your father at Elmwood when I ran in to you there a few years ago. When I owned WeCare Home Health Services, I used to be in and out of Elmwood a lot and I would pop my head in to say ‘hi’ to Mr. Morrison. He had a great smile. I’ll bet that when he was in his prime, he had a real gentlemanly manner.
I was sorry to read of his death, and I will be thinking of all of you this afternoon.
