With great sadness we announce the passing of Patricia on Tuesday, April 10, 2018. Loving mother of the late Michael and survived by Christopher Fowler. Dear sister to Matthew (Cindy), David (Yvonne), Roddie (Sharon), Cathy, Michael (April), Edward and John. Cherished daughter of the late Edward and Sadie Folwer and sister Deborah.     Dear Christopher,
    I met your dear, sweet mom just a while ago and for a short time. She left an imprint on me and I’m so happy to have been able to meet her. You were blessed with having someone who loved you so much. May she rest in peace and may you find strength to carry on as she would have wanted you to do. God bless.

    I was close friends with Isha when she lived in Newfoundland about 20 years ago,Isha was a sweet,unique and kind lady whom i am very happy to say was a dear friend. I will never forget her.My deepest condolences goes out to all her loved ones.Rest in peace Isha.
