Obituary
SIMPSON, Christopher John…
Chris passed peacefully at St. Joseph’s Hospice on Friday, March 24, 2023, at the age of 66. Cherished and beloved husband of Wendy (nee Linden). Dear son of the late Bill and Donna Simpson. Best brother to Mike and his wife Jill. Special uncle to Amy Caicco and her husband Lou (Leo, MacKenzie) and to Chad and Gladice Simpson. Chris will be remembered fondly by the Linden Family, his own extended family, cottage friends and golf buddies. Special love and thanks to dear friends Mike and Barb Lee for their care and compassion, especially these last 3 months.
Chris was a proud man – funny, thoughtful, kind and giving – a good soul. He will be dearly missed. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. For those wishing to honour Chris, a donation to a charity of your choice is greatly appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to A. Millard George Funeral Home, 519-433-5184. Love you Chris and Wendy. Rest in Peace Chris, so many great memories. Go Leafs go
Wendy and family. We were so very sorry to hear of Chris’s passing. I have so many fond memories, at the cottage, with all of you. Many fish fry’s over the Simpson fire pit, late night laughs around the campfire and many loud, boisterous laughs and name calling during horseshoe games. He will be remembered fondly by all of us. Hugs to you all during this difficult time.
Chad and family I’m so sorry for your loss. May his soul rest in Peace and may you get comfort in this time of sorrow. Remember the good times you had and celebrate his life. You loved and needed him, but the one who needed him the most in his time of pain, took him to rest.
Our sincere condolences to all.Sending our love hugs and prayers.May beautiful memories give you comfort at this difficult time.
So sorry to hear of Chris’s passing. My prayers are with the Simpson clan and hope all of you find strength in each other. He loved KP where he and Wendy and his family spent valuable time together.
Rob, Zac and I were sad to learn of Chris’ passing. We have many fond Franks Drive memoires, especially the epic horseshoe tournament weekends. Sending hugs of support to Wendy and the family. May he R.I.P.

Wendy, condolences and prayers to you and your family in hearing about Chris’ passing.
To the Simpson family,
We are so sorry for your loss. Thinking of you during this difficult time. Rest in peace Chris- may the fish be biting, the beer be cold, and the ringers be six packs. He will be greatly missed.
Wendy, Mike, Jill, Amy and Chad;
I am so sorry to hear about Chris.
I know how much he meant to each of you, and how special of a bond you all had.
I vividly remember him taking the boat down in the morning and then turning the corner driving the tractor back at the end of the day. It would be a really big smile if it was a good fishing day and he would give us a report on his way through. He never missed waving when he biked or drove by, even if we did it ten times that day already. I think like our family, KP was special to him too. The crazy shenanigans that took place, the beach, being on the lake and lots of sunshine. We sure had lots of laughs at the campfires and at the horseshoe pits, and great memories on Franks Drive with “The Simpsons”
I know he will be greatly missed by all who knew him and that he will hold a place in your hearts forever.
Thinking of you and sending lots of love. May the moments you shared together comfort you in the days ahead and always.
