Dear Nancy,
I am very sorry to hear of Rob’s passing after his courageous battle with a terrible disease. He was fortunate indeed to have you to support and care for him these many years.
My brother, David and my father, Ernie also send their condolences.
We all have great memories of Rob growing up on Greenoch Ave. in the Town of Mt – Royal. The street hockey, the baseball, the fights with the kids from Park Ex and later, the passion for cars. Who can forget the sight of Rob and Ian in the Triumph Spitfire? Those guys weighed more than the car!
When I go back now, it all seems very small but it was our particular universe. The Clan McGregor was always very kind to me and included me in many activities.
Rob was a great guy and I’m delighted that he not only has two fine children to continue the battle of life, but also you are grandparents. Felicitations!
I’m sorry I cannot be there to say my goodbyes in person… Rob will always be in my heart.
