FORTH:
At Parkwood Hospital, London , on Monday, March 7, 2005. John Alexander Forth of London in his 75th year. Beloved husband of Olga H. (Schulz) Forth. Dear father of Steven J. Forth and his wife Martha of London, Michael J. Forth and his wife Linda of Kelowna, B.C. and Renee S. Fukumoto and her husband Barry of Georgetown. Dear brother of Paul Forth and his wife Pat of Guelph and Elizabeth Howard of Charlotte, N. C. Also loved by his grandchildren, Sarah, Zachary, Emily, Amanda, Nathan, Kaitlyn, Rebekkah, Jared, Adam and James. Friends will be received by the family from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London where the complete funeral service will be conducted in the chapel on Thursday, March 10th at 2:30 P.M. with Reverend Robert W. Wilson officiating. Cremation. As an expression of sympathy memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, 123 St. George Street, London, ON N6A 3A1.
