Dear Bob, Patty, Holly and Scotty,
So sorry to hear about your Dad, Bob. I was speaking with Jennifer today and she gave me the news. I know that this is such a sad time for all of you and we’re thinking of you. Keep all your happy memories close and it will make this a little easier in time.
Take care – Ann
So sorry to hear about you dad’s passing – and of your mom’s previous passing as well. They lived in an apartment on the second floor of my parents home at 81 Beattie Avenue when they were first married. My parents were Helen and Graham Spencer. I was probably a pre-teen or a teenager at that time. I remember when Carol was born but I can not remember if they moved out before or after she was born. We sort of lost touch over the years but I have fond memories of both your parents. My parents are deceased [1981 and 1987]. I just wanted to take time to express my sadness to your whole family.
We were so sorry to hear of Uncle Don’s passing. Our family always enjoyed visiting with your family every time we were in London. Uncle Don was a favorite relative as we had many a laugh with him. We’ll all take comfort in our happy memories of him. We will miss him. I’m sure he is happier being with Auntie Rose.
