COLQUHOUN…
At her residence in London on Monday April 16,2007, Edna (Jackson) Colquhoun formerly of Welland, in her 97th year. Beloved wife of the late Gilbert Colquhoun (1960). Dear mother of Joan Thibert, Dorothy Graham (Ray), Robert Colquhoun (Ria) and Gary Colquhoun (Pauline). Loving grandmother of Nancy Liske, Rob Hughes (Janette), Gil Graham (Carrie), Rick Graham (Susan), Carol Graham, Rob and Ryan Colquhoun . Edna will be missed by her 8 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her son Gilbert Jr. Colquhoun and son-in-laws James Hughes and Clare Thibert. Edna worked for many years at Sunset Haven, Welland. A private family service will be held, with cremation to follow. Interment in Woodlawn Cemetery, Welland. (A. Edna was a wonderful woman who always had an ear ready to listen. A gentle soul whose presence would calm me. An inspiration for me to live up to. I will miss seeing her happy face at the end of a day. My deepest sympathies to all the family. Coffee at Dorothy’s won’t be the same.
We will miss you Great-Grandma you’ll always be in our thoughts. Love all of us.
