Our condolences at the loss of Phyllis. She will be sadly missed. Here is a poem sent to us when our Mom (Donna Dicker-Ross) passed away, so we thought we would pass it on to you.
WHEN I LEAVE YOU
MISS ME – BUT LET ME GO!
When I come to the end of the road
And the sun has set for me
I want no rites in a gloom filled room
Why weep for a soul set free?
Miss me a little – but not too long
And not with your head bowed low.
Remember the love that we once shared
Miss me – but let me go!
For this is a journey we all must take
And each must go alone
Its all a part of the Master’s Plan
A step on the road to home
When you are lonely and sick at heart
Go to the friends we know
And buy your sorrows in doing good deeds
Miss me – but let me go!

So sorry to hear about Phyllis. I lived for many years on Boler road (384) and often use to visit with her. She was a lovely lady. I have often thought of her. I was out of town when she passed away and read about it in the paper later. Please accept my sympathy.
Sincerely, Kay Welch
