We are sure that you are smiling and at peace wherever you are Uncle Bill. Why are we sure? Because we don’t remember you any other way. Always at peace with joy on your face. Your kind, gentle spirit and unfailing genorosity lives within us everyday. Even though there were geographical miles between us, it never changed how we felt about you. Miles and years were meaningless measures-still are-because you are and always be a part of us.
We will always be grateful for our time together when we were with you and having known you has made us richer, better people.
To our remaining family, know that we feel the same about you. Even though we can’t be with you now, we are always together in spirit. We grieve with you, we love with you and we will always be there for you.
With much love now and always,
Doug and Joanne Hathaway (and loving children).

Words can not express how sorry I am for your family’s loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. I have many great memories at the Hathaway house and will cherish all of them. Bill was a great man – always smiling, positive and a pleasure to be around. I loved going over there! The thing I remember most about Bill was how genuine he was and how he always took the time to ask everyone how they were and how everyone was keeping.
Thinking of you at this sad time,
Michelle (John, Jordann and Emily Scott)
