Dear Susan,Pam,Becky and families.
We are saddened to learn of mom’s passing. She has had quite a time of it in recent years and we take comfort that your mom and dad are once again together. They were a great team. I have many fond memories of your mom as my CGIT Leader and of course as a lifelong member of our congregation. Jean had a great sense of humour and was always the one to get the crowd laughing, by cracking a joke or putting on one of her numerous skits. With Ev Smith,(deceased Oct 21/06) and your mom and dad together again, Heaven will be heavenly. May you take comfort in all the great memories you have. She loved you all so very much. Ronalee and John
To Sue, Pam, Becky and all Jean’s family members I send my heartfelt condolences.
Jean was a great friend and neighbour of mine for over forty years. The light from her window was always a great comfort to me: I will miss her very much.
Barbara.
Dear Susan, Pam and Becky,
Neil and I want to extend our sympathy to you on the loss of your mother.
I have many wonderful memories of Jean during our involvement with CGIT and Explorers way back in the fifties, and our chats before church for many years after that time.
Neil often mentioned how your mom kindly baked delicious muffins for the Saturday morning breakfast programme at Wesley-Knox.
Jean was one wonderful lady, and I know that many precious memories will help you through this difficult time.
Fondly, Margaret (Hoppe) Eadie
Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Jean was a sweet and gentle soul and will be missed by our entire family. She always had a smile and an enquiry about our dogs’ well being, even when she herself was so ill. My boys will always remember her many kindnesses to them from the time they were babies. She will be greatly missed. Sincerely, The Moore family on Beaconsfield
Dear Susan, Pamela and Rebecca:
Very sorry to see notice in the paper of your Mom’s
passing. She was a wonderful lady and I always looked
forward to her card at Christmas time. I always remember
the good times we had at 19 Beaconsfield and of course
the fun we also had at C.G.I.T. I lost my husband just two weeks ago so I can share with you what you are going through. Life goes on but it is very hard when
this happens. Once again my condolences to you all.
Dear Susan, Pam and Becky
Im so sorry to hear of moms passing. She was a wonderful lady. I have many fond memories of her as a CGIT leader and later as a friend and associate of A&P. She always had a warm smile and great chuckle. She was a good friend of my mom and her visits were appreciated.
She will be missed
Shirley
