Anne, Janet and family, sorry to hear about Aunt Jean,
it was nice to hear she was able to stay in her home until she went into the hospital. Our thoughts are with you, no matter what the illness, it is a hard time.
Take care. Nancy
Anne & Janet: My prayers are with you both & with your family as you mourn for your Mom. I remember her as a kind, funny, intelligent woman who helped me unlock the mysteries of grade 5 addition with regrouping as my tutor one school year. I certainly helped to have her daughter Anne as a good Byron buddy & math cheer leader along the way. I have fond memories of visits to your home on Brock St. & always felt welcomed by your Mom & Dad. As I recall, your Mom was always very elegant & seemed to be quite well-dressed for a house wife, but then, it was the fifties. Although it’s been many years since I last saw you at my wedding ceremony (a very pleasant surprise to see you there), I often wonder how you have been over the years. Take care during this sorrowful time & remember the many good years you were fortunate to share with your Mom. God Bless…Evelyn & Pat O’Brien
Anne & Janet…. I am very sorry to hear about Aunt Jean. I can only imagine how hard it is to lose your Mom. I wish I could come tomorrow however it just isn’t possible but rest assured that I am thinking about you at this difficult time. Jamie.
Anne and Janet: (Hope that “e” is correct, Anne.)
I was moved to Google Anne’s name just now and see that your dear mom passed away a few years ago. You were all such an important part of my formative years next door to you in Byron. You were a happy family! Your Christmas tree was always up by December 1, loaded with lights and decorations. I babysat for you two. You had the first TV on the block. And a great vegetable garden with asparagus. Your dad taught me that asparagus took 7 years to produce spears. I trust you are happy and well!
Love,
Val
