BOWMAN, Bonita “Bonnie”…
Bonnie Bowman passed away quietly at home on Sunday, March 19, 2023 in her 75th year. Loving mother of Sherri (John) and Shannon. Proud grandmother of Ainsley (Cameron), Brandon, Tyler and great-grandmother of Callum. Dear sister of Heather (the late Tom). Cherished aunt of Tom (Sarah) and Laurie (Michael) and their families. Bonnie wanted to acknowledge with a special thank you to her wonderful friends who were there through thick and thin. Bonnie also adored her four-legged friends, Peppi, Bear, Megan, Honey Bun, and Kitty Cat who loved her unconditionally, too! At her request, there will be no service, but cremation has taken place and an interment of ashes will take place at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, London. In memory of Bonnie, donations may be made to the Humane Society London & Middlesex, 624 Clarke Road, London, ON N5V 3K5. Arrangements entrusted with A. Millard George Funeral Home, 519-433-5184. Sherri & Shannon, John and families, We will always remember your Mom’s beautiful smile and hear her laughter. She was one of the kindest people we knew and it was quite evident how much she loved & adored her family. God rest her soul and may she rest in peace! xoxo Karen & Randy
Bonnie’s family: I am so sorry for the loss of your mother. I work at the CCAC (LHIN), etc… but Bonnie was the voice of Comcare. She was such a great coordinator, and she made situations that were though, better! Again my sincere condolences.
Also working for CCAC (at the time), Bonnie and I would talk plenty of times throughout the years. Sometimes, we would have each other in tears laughing…. her laugh was “a one of a kind”! I can still hear it now! My sincerest condolences to the Family of Bonnie.
Shannon, Sherri and John and Families
Your Mom was a very dear friend and I will miss her so very much.
We worked at Comcare for many years and had so many laughs.
Bonnie was a beautiful lady and had a heart of gold.
Her family was the most important thing in her life.
My prayers and thoughts go out to you.
Rest in peace Bon you will be missed!!!!!!!
It’s with sorrow and a heavy heart that I had to say good bye to my beloved mother in law Bonnie Bowman on Sunday. Mom, you welcomed me into your home 39 years ago when I met Sherri Nickels-Warnes . For that I am grateful. You were loved by so many people. I know you are now with your mother whom you missed so much everyday since her passing, as well as family and friends you have lost over the years. I know the pain I feel now will slowly subside and be replaced by happy memories of you that will be with me forever, until we meet again in beautiful paradise. I love you now and always.
Shannon, I’m so very sorry for your loss. I know how dear your mother was to you. Hopefully you can take comfort in knowing she is in a better place. If you ever need a friend to talk to don’t forget I’m here.
I am broken hearted losing my sweet, loving and beautiful little sister. I take comfort knowing she is no longer suffering and is with our mother and father in heaven.

Shannon, Sherri and family. I was so sad to hear of Bonnie’s passing. She was such an important part of my childhood. I loved our get togethers over the years at Mom’s place. Her laugh was contagious! After my Mom passed, Bonnie was sure to check in with me on special occasions and holidays. It meant so much to me. She will forever be in my heart. Condolences to all of you.
Oh my beautiful Mom. I am so proud to be your daughter. I have so many memories I will hold close to my heart. You were an amazing, loving, empathetic and a strong independent woman, who taught me everything. My heart is heavy. Rest in Sweet Paradise Momma. Until we meet again. I love you.
To Bonnie’s family, I worked with Bonnie at Comcare and also through CCAC. She genuinely cared about all her clients and they loved her for her caring. She was a very kind person but also very funny and I can still hear her hearty laugh. Despite all the challenges that life gave her she would smile and go on. I am so grateful for the lunch Heather arranged when I got to see you and Tom. Rest in peace my friend
Dear cousin Bonnie, I will always remember your laugh, it was contagious. We had many good times when young at family gatherings at various homes and at Springbank Park. I recently found a pack of playing cards with Elvis Presley on them and immediately thought of you. Rest in peace, my dear cousin. We’ll continue to love you as you start this next journey.
Bonnie was a dear friend that will be so terribly missed by all who were lucky enough to have known her . She always had a funny story to reminisce about , whether it be growing up as an impish child , or escapades with one of her many pets over the years. At the same time , she could be counted on to lend an ear for life’s travails , with the assurance that you would come away with sound advice .
My sincere condolences to Heather, Shannon, Tyler, Sherri, John, Ainsley, Brandon& Callum . You meant the world to Bonnie .
Rest in peace my friend . No more struggles.
