Arthur James “Jim” Bates passed away peacefully at Victoria Hospital in London, Ontario, the morning of November 3rd, 2022 in his 74th year. Jim will be missed by his family, extended family and friends.
Debbie and Rhonda would like to thank Dr. Elena Matusa and nurse Amanda Williams for their compassionate care. South West LHIN and supporting agencies, along with Victoria Hospital for their impeccable care.

I had the opportunity of knowing Jim from working at Fanshawe.
He was so approachable and easy to converse with.

So sorry to hear of Jim’s passing. I had the good fortune of sharing many happy times with Jim at Fanshawe. He helped out by passing on tips for pitching fastball for our girl’s teams. Loved talking baseball with him.
