DOUGAN, Shirley (nee Campbell)….
Peacefully surrounded by her family on Monday, December 9, 2019 at McCormick Home, London in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of the late Ken B. Dougan (2007). Loving mother of Stephen Dougan, Gary Dougan (Kelly), Deanna Dougan (Sue Lawrence) and the late Darryl Dougan and step-mother of Stephanie Dominie (Earl). Devoted grandmother of Trevor and Eric Dougan. Cherished sister of Iris Papadopolous (Dennis), Doreen Huston (Kenny) and Lawrence Campbell (the late Marjorie). Dear daughter of the late Garnet E. and Oral H. Campbell. She will also be missed by many nieces, nephews and other family and friends. A special thank you to the staff at McCormick Home for their loving care over the years. Friends are welcomed for visiting on Wednesday, December 11, 2019 from 5-8 pm at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London. The funeral service will take place on Thursday, December 12, 2019 at 11 am in the funeral home chapel with a visitation 1 hour prior (10-11 am). Cremation has taken place. Donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society London-Middlesex, 435 Windermere Road, London, ON N5X 2T1 or to the McCormick Care Foundation, 2022 Kains Road, London, ON N6K 0A8. Deanna and family, I am so very sorry to learn of the loss of your Mom! I have many fond memories of our parents together at hockey tournaments and your Mom always so sweet and soft spoken. She had a beautiful smile!! I believe she is with your Dad and Darryl, sending you strength and love always in spirit.
