Leigh, Larry, Cheryl & Families,
I have special memories of your father during the years I spent at Mt. Zion and in the Peace of Mind Singers. His joy, love and wisdom made an incredible impact on my heart and his fun loving spirit lit up a room. I pray that God will give you comfort and encouragement during this time of loss. Much love. To Larry, Cheryl and Leigh –
Please accept my deepest sympathy in the loss of your beloved Dad. He was such a fine gentleman! I worked with him both in Presbytery and London Conference; as members of the Christian Development Team, we often travelled together. I was also privileged to conduct the Mt. Zion
Peace of Mind Singers in one of their musicals, and worked closely with George. He and Kitt were very special and fanTAStic friends! My caring thoughts are with you.

My condolences to all of George’s family; he was an incredible man-I remember him fondly. When I was the camp cook at Kee Mo Kee George and I shared many good laughs; memories I still treasure.
To friends and family;
This news brings me great sorrow of a good man. He was liked by many and i personally was a true believer in him. He brought many good blessings to me and also to our family. He will truly be missed. All the best memories to his family.

Dear Leigh, Larry and Cheryl,
We were so sorry to hear of your Dad’s passing. We have many fond memories of George when he was our minister at Delaware United Church. In more recent years, we enjoyed many good visits with your parents at the Oneida nursing home when we were there visiting my sister Nancy. George had such an amazing memory! Please accept our deepest sympathy. You are in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
Sincerely,
Dave and Judy Roberts (McNamara)

My sympathy is with the whole family. George was so suppportive of Camp Kee Mo Kee during the ‘70s. Great memories of his visits … his wonderful presence and smile!
Dear Family, It was 37 years ago that Rev. Morris officiated at my wedding. He was there when my dad died. A kinder man could not be found. From the time that I met your family on Dolway Pl., to seeing your dad at the mall or the eye clinic he was always smiling. From my family to yours, I wish you happy memories.
Larry, Cheryl, Leigh and families,
I read with sadness notice of your Dad’s passing. I had the privilege of working with George during my years as London Conference Mission Consultant. As head of the Mission Support Committee George did everything in his power to make the available funds serve as many people as possible.
George’s glass was always half full – never half-empty – and usually was running over with thankfulness and enthusiasm. I was, and am still, inspired by his generous and joyful spirit. My regards to all of you.
Don Langford.
My deepest sympathy to the family of Reverend George Morris. George was a wonderful soul who always made everyone feel special. Never was Mount Zion more alive and full of excitement than when George led the congregation.
Dear Leigh, Larry and Cheryl,
I was saddened to hear of your Dad’s passing, and would like to send my condolences for your recent loss. I am reminded of happy times at Mt. Zion United, when your Dad was Minister there, and at Camp KeeMoKee in the ‘70’s. I especially remember your Dad’s kindness and enthusiasm, as he conducted the wedding of my Mom and Stepdad in’72. I hope your good memories will comfort you all in this time of grief. Susan Allen
He left his mark on Mount Zion and all those who worshiped with him. My condolences to the whole family
George was the light and life of Mt. Zion United Church, and so supportive of the church youth. I remember him with great fondness, and offer my most sincere condolences to his family at this difficult time.
