Dear Ann and family,
So sorry to hear of Charlie’s passing. I met Charlie a number of years ago as one of the partners of Beach Place Apts. Always nice to talk with him and he gave good advice. My sincere condolences. Janice Dobinson
So very sorry to hear of Charlie’s passing. My sincerest condolences to you all. Charlie was a good Geordie lad and very proud of it. I will miss his banter. Gan canny bonny lad.
I have wonderful memories of Charlie. We used to get together with a bunch of guys most Sunday evenings to sing the compline at St. Paul’s and for a short time, Charlie sang in my wife’s choir, the Karen Schuessler Singers. Whenever we met, at the Market or perhaps a shopping mall, our conversation picked up right where we had left off months, or sometimes years, ago. Charlie was that kind of guy, easy to like, easy to love. I am saddened by his passing. Sincere condolences to his wife and family. Harry
Ann, we were so sorry to hear of Charlie’s passing. We have so many fond memories. We send our sincerest condolences to you and the girls with great affection.
Deepest condolences to Ann and family, I enjoyed many laughs over the years with Charlie, and will miss his Geordie accent and sense of humour. Truly a great man. Rest in peace Charlie.
Charlie Crow…now here was a man! Charlie was the first man I met when I moved here from the states in 2009, meeting at St Paul’s, becoming fast friends with him. He became my sponsor when I joined Freemasonry in his lodge, St John’s 209a. He was always gentle, kind, funny, supportive, loving and full of life! His affection for my family will always be remembered. Charlie Crow…now here was a man!

The Comfort and Sweetness of Peace
After the clouds, the sunshine,
after the winter, the spring,
after the shower, the rainbow,
for life is a changeable thing.
After the night, the morning,
bidding all darkness cease,
after life’s cares and sorrows,
the comfort and sweetness of peace.
Ann, so sorry for your loss. My thoughts are with you.

Very sad to learn of Charlie’s passing into the hands of the Great Architect. He sponsored my entry into St. John’s Lodge 209a, and I will be eternally grateful for this and his friendship. I always looked forward to re-connecting with Charlie at Lodge whenever I got back to London. I am sorry that I missed the ceremonies due to travel. We are all better for having known Charlie. Sincerest condolences to all the Family. JSB
