KISH, Kathleen Matilda….
It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of our mother Kathleen (Kay) Kish (Humphrey) in her 84th year at the Mount Hope Centre for Long Term Care (St. Mary’s Hospital), London on Thursday, October 31st, 2013. She leaves behind her loving husband of 67 years Michael Kish Sr. Loving mother of Cathie (Perry) Kish and Michael (Larysa) Kish Jr. Cherished grandmother of Jill (Brett) Kish. Dear sister of Marion McNaughton of Trenton. Predeceased by her parents Mary and Fred Humphrey, her sisters Eileen Clinkersmith and Dolly Hewitt; brothers Stan, Frank, Harry, Tom, Bert, and Charles Humphrey. Kay was known as a beautiful person inside and out and was a talented woman and mother who loved sewing, quilting and painting. The family would like to thank the first floor nursing staff at Mount Hope for their care and kindness to our mother. In accordance with Kay’s wishes cremation has taken place. A celebration of Kathleen’s life will be announced at a later date. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice. A. Mike and Larysa
We are saddened to learn of the recent death of Mike’s mother. May God bless her and all of your family.
Our sincerest condolences for the loss of your mother. Sadly we have both lost our mothers and we know the pain of your loss. Cherish your fondest memories of her and let them bring you peace and comfort.
Cathie, I send you my deepest sympathy in the loss of your Dear Mother. She worked with my Mom at (I believe) Savettes many years ago and Mom always spoke very highly of your Mother. I know how hard this time is. A Mother is always your best friend. Take care.
Praying that the Lord’s peace will comfort you at this time. God bless. J&R
