GUTHRIE, Thomas…..
Surrounded by his family at his residence on Sunday, November 3, 2013, Thomas “Tom” Guthrie of London in his 85th year. Beloved husband and best friend of Sandra McNulty for 36 years. Loving father of Linda MacPherson (Bob Kowal), Lorne Guthrie (Lindsay), Karen Luyben (Wayne), Kim Guthrie (Teri Swindon) and the late Eric. Cherished “grandad” of Ashley, Marlee, Shaun, Paige, Courtney, Tyler, Spencer, Fraser, Andie, and the late Michael and “great-grandad” of Ben, Charlee, Layla, Wyatt, and Marin. Dear brother of June Bissegger (and the late Jack). The family would like to thank all the Doctors over the many years for the kindness and professionalism shown. Tom retired from Bell Canada after 42 years. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received by the family one hour prior (12-1pm) to the memorial service being held on Thursday, November 7, 2013 at 1:00pm, at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Robarts Research Institute – Heart and Stroke Foundation, Western University, 1151 Richmond Street North, London, ON N6A 5B7.
