At Meadow Park Nursing Home on Wednesday, August 28, 2013, Barbara Anne (Marshall, Brooks) McKay in her 67th year. Survived by her husband Bob, and brothers Harold (Dorothy) Marshall and Ernest (Sharen) Marshall of London. Barbara’s family extends their heartfelt gratitude to Mrs. Connie Lima, for 13 years of love and caring for Barbara’s needs. According to her wishes, cremation has taken place, with burial in Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery in Burlington Ontario. A celebration of Barbara’s life will take place at a later date. As an expression of sympathy, donations would be appreciated to the RESPITE CARE FUND of the London-Middlesex Alzheimer’s Society Community Fund. This specific fund was originally started in Barbara’s name, and proudly has aided many caregivers in obtaining of much needed respite care for their loved ones.
