This morning, Ted Jones, a director on the Ausable Bayfield Conservation Foundation advised us of Mr. Hulley’s passing. Although I never knew Mr. Hulley, Ted remembered serving on the Foundation Board with him in 1986-87. Today, I looked back through the Board’s minutes, and found out that Mr. Hulley had initiated a vision for the Foundation to support creating a walking trail along the river from Bayfield to Bannockburn Conservation Area.
During your time of loss, I want your family to know that his vision has become reality, thanks to the work of many volunteers in the Bayfield River Valley Association and a partnership with the Ausable Bayfield Conservation Foundation. This project began as a vision from Mr. Hulley.
