Nora exemplified the ideal qualities of a true Christian, she was warm, loving, always there to assist and support everyone, she was kindness itself. Nora was a gentle soul, whose presence will be sadly missed
We were really sad to here of Nora’s passing.Your mom and dad were neighbours of ours on the Nairn, so John has known them 40 and myself 35 years. I have also been cutting Nora’s hair for about 20 year’s. She was a very classy lady and always a pleasure to be with. Always wonderful conversations right up to 4 weeks ago when we visited her at Horizons. We where so blessed to have known her and thankful we had that last visit with her, and cut her hair for the last time.We love ya Nora.
Nora will be deeply missed. She was such a strong, pillar of serene strength for this family. Always.
John,Paul and families, so sad to hear of the passing of your dear Mom Nora. Your Mom was a kind, caring and loving person always giving of herself. When our children were born she was there helping in every way she could. Her kindness and caring was really appreciated. She was our Canadian Mother, and for that we are forever grateful. Rest in Peace dear Nora.
Nora was a wonderful loving, caring person to me and our family. Always interested in our family’s activities. The perfect sister-in-law!

I first met Nora around 1970 when i had the pleasure of working with Percy. It has likely been 20-25 years since I last saw Nora but she was always so kind to me. She was a wonderful person— truly a lady. I’m sure it is a great loss for the family. Warm regards, Britta Winther.
We write you with heartfelt condolences at this sad time. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

Please accept my sympathy on the passing of your lovely Nora. I was Nora’s next door neighbour at Horizon and also her tablemate at meals. I enjoyed her company so much as she was a gentle, loving person. I will miss her dearly.
I am the daughter of the late Jack Steels and remember Aunt Nora. I send my sympathy to all of the family. Cheryl Johnston
