Dear Arrand Family. I am so sorry to hear of your loss of Cecil. Although our paths have not crossed in many years, I often think of coming to the house and cottage. Cecil always made me feel welcome. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Take care Carl & Debbie Harper.
Sending my deepest sympathy to Marcelle and Family. Although I did not know Cecil, I felt I got to know him through stories we shared with Marcelle at the ARGC. Praying that you will find strength and comfort at this very sad time.

Lisa I am so sorry to hear this. I remember when your Dad worked at the store how he was always smiling and happily whistling away as he worked. It always made me smile to see him be so upbeat and positive. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this time, sincerely Cheryl Montgomery
