It is with great sadness that I am writing this note. When my brother James called to tell me the news I didn’t want to believe him. I stopped what I was doing and stared out the window of my truck in disbelief. Mike was a true friend in every sense of the word. We had many great trips together over the years whether it was in Toronto or London. I will miss him dearly. Mike was like a brother to me and I consider myself very fortunate to have known such a wonderful man.
