Peacefully at Parkwood Hospital, London, on Tuesday, October 9, 2012, Albert “Al” Smith in his 91st year. Beloved husband of the late Katherine M. (Pugh) Smith (April 2012). Dear father of Sylvia Elder. Loving papa of Colleen Turner and her partner Martha Leake and Katherine Mills, and great-papa of Nigel Turner (Megan) and Jaydn Turner and Jermaine Greene (Christine) and Tasha Greene (Chris), and great-great-papa of Jase Greene. Adored uncle of Deb Frankland. Dear brother of Arthur Smith and brother-in-law of Walter Dolson. Predeceased by his sister Audrey Dolson. The family would like to thank the staff at Parkwood Hospital, for years of unparalleled care. A private memorial service will be held at the Chapel of the Good Shepherd, Parkwood Hospital, London. Interment in Woodland Cemetery, London.
