HERBERT, William George… Peacefully at Parkwood Hospital, London on Wednesday,June 27, 2012 William Herbert in his 88th year. Beloved husband of Daisy. Dear father of Kevin and Jean. Loving grandfather of Nathan. Dear brother of Marjorie Ward. Dear brother-in-law of Harland and Shirley Moulton, Mary Lois Bull, Doris Withenshaw and Gertrude Hicks. Also loved by many nieces and nephews. The family would like to express their sincere thanks to the VON, PSW’s, especially Derrick and Lise; Candice; the Parkwood Palliative Care team and Doctor Shadd; and the friends and family who supported and cared for Bill. Friends will be received by the family on Saturday, June 30, 2012 from 9:30 to 10:30 am at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London, where the funeral service will be conducted in the chapel at 10:30 am with Reverend John Bannerman officiating. Interment in Woodland Cemetery, London.
