Peacefully at University Hospital, on April 20, 2012, Janet (Anderson) Johnson of London, in her 89th year, went to be with her Lord. Beloved wife of Reverend Ivan Johnson for 62 years. Loving mother of Allan Johnson and his wife Joy of Regina, SK, Howard Johnson and his wife Margaret of Surrey, BC, David Johnson and his wife Barbara of Ilderton, Cathy Lewis and her husband Ron of London, Linda Marr and her husband Colin of Stouffville and Paul Johnson and his wife Kim of Nanaimo, BC. Proud grandmother of 14 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Alice O’Shaughnessy of Belleville, Florence Johnson of St. Marys, Duncan Anderson of Kitchener, Fred Anderson of Oshawa and Winnifred Millard of Mississauga. Janet served in the RCAF in Ottawa and later graduated from University of Western Ontario and London Teacher’s College. A service to celebrate her life will be held at Stoney Creek Baptist Church in London, ON, on Saturday, June 9, 2012 at 1:00pm.
