Peacefully at Longworth Long Term Care, London on Saturday, February 11, 2012 Hazel R. A. (Clifford) Quellin in her 95th year. Beloved wife of the late Sydney Ernest Quellin (1998). Hazel is fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her sister Alice and brothers Ralph, Kenneth and Chester. Hazel was born in Putnam, Ontario to Robert and Alma Clifford. She enjoyed a lengthy career with the London Life Insurance Company and was a long time member of Metropolitan United Church, London. A special thank you to the staff at Longworth Retirement Residence, Grandwood Retirement Residence and Longworth Long Term Care (Daisy) for their exceptional care, patience and compassion over the past several years. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received by the family on Thursday, February 16 , 2012 from 12:30 -1:30pm (1 hour prior) at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London where a memorial service will be conducted in the chapel on Thursday at 1:30pm with Reverend Dr. Jeffrey P. Crittenden officiating. Inurnment in Dorchester Union Cemetery, Dorchester. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Metropolitan United Church, 468 Wellington Street, London, ON N6A 3P8 would be appreciated.
