Obituary
FULTON, Chris…….
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing on Monday, February 6, 2012 of Christopher Fulton in his 39th year. Loving husband of Teresa (Sommers) Fulton, together for 15 years. Will be missed and are waiting at the front door, by Maggie the Golden Doodle, Molly the Cockapoo, and Marley the cat, which made our family of five. Proud son of Margaret Dobson and her husband Noah of Victoria B.C. Predeceased by his father John Fulton. Beloved brother of Lesley Readings and the late Gig Reading (2008), Dave Fulton and his wife Charmain, all of London and Wendy Fulton and her partner James Verran of Galiano Island, B.C. Cherished son-in-law of Hank and Judy Sommers, greatly missed by his brother-in-law Marty Sommers and his wife Kelly of London. Dear uncle of Drew, Ben, Holly, Sydney, Brooke, Thomas, Quentin, and Olivia. Chris was an avid golfer, and had a healthy obsession with the Detroit Tigers. He was a self taught handyman always willing to help a stranger, friend or family member in need. But most importantly he was my partner in all things. The family would like to express their deepest sorrow for the other lives lost and our prayers are with the injured and all their families. A special thanks for the emergency personal for their heroic efforts. Friends will be received by the family from 5-9pm on Friday, February 10, 2012 at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London where a memorial service will be conducted in the chapel on Saturday, February 11, 2012 at 11:00am. There will be a Private family interment. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Paws-United Dog Rescue, c/o Market Pet Shop, 26 Kilworth Park Drive, Komoka ON N0L 1R0, would be appreciated. Teresa and Fulton family,
I was very sad to hear about Chris’ tragic accident this past week. The fact that it happened on your anniversary, Teresa, is so very heartbreaking. I didn’t know Chris, but from what I’ve heard, he was a hard-working and very caring, generous person. His presence will be truly missed but his spirit will stay with all those who have had the privelege of being a part of his life.
Deepest sympathies, Nana Tirolese
My thoughts are with your entire family, tragedy is never easy. May God’s arms wrap you with love and ease your hurt and pain.
Brenda (Klaas’ cousin)

I was greatly saddened to read of Chris’s passing. I haven’t seen Chris in quite a while but still have fond memories of him from high school and the few brief occasions I was fortunate enough to run into him. I’m sorry I only met Chris twice. He seemed a nice guy, and he surely must have been special to have inspired such love from you all.
Such a tragedy. And yet, we were all lucky to have our time with him, brief or long. Goodbye Chris.
It never seems fair when people we are close to die. I want you tell you that I am sorry for the loss of your husband. I am thinking of you and your family. Please accept my condolences.
Dearest Teresa and families,
Many tender memories soften your grief, may fond recollection bring you relief, and may you find comfort and peace in the thought of the joy that knowing your loved one brought…
For time and space can never divide
Or keep your loved one from your side. When memory paints in colors true the happy hours that belonged to you.

After a tragedy, time seems to move so slowly and healing moves at its own pace. Be kind to yourselves and take it one day at a time. I am truly sorry for your loss.
My sincere condolence on your loss. My heart is with you on such a somber time. May you have warm and happy memories of Chris.

I want to express my deepest sympathies to the Fulton an Sommers familys – Chris was a great man and a brother to me – he will be missed greatly
Just needed tell how sorry I am for your loss. I work in the trucking busniess and I know how hard they guys work. Prayers go out to you and your family hearing the awful news of your loved ones death, really hits home as we never know what life has in store for us.
I met Chris on many occasions as he did his deliveries to or store. He didn’t just stand back and watch, he got in there and helped and that’s a testament to the type of guy he was. To say good bye to some one at any time is awful but to have to say it too soon and under such tragic circumstances is heart breaking. To Teresa and all the family we wish you peace in knowing that Chris is safe and although his loss leaves a hole in your heart we hope the memories you hold and his love for you all will fill the void in time and ease the pain of your loss.
My deepest sympathy in the loss of Chris. I have many fond memories of Chris and Klaas growing up together and all the time Chris spent at our house. He was like one of the family. I can also remember all the amazing golf shots he hit when we golfed together. He made it look so easy! This is a tragic loss and my prayers are with the whole family through this very difficult time.
My sincere sympathy on the loss of Chris. My heart aches for all of you. Although we have never met I am the niece of Bob & Lynn Dobson and have heard many kind, highly spoken words about Noah and Margaret. The tributes I have read speak volumes as to what a truly wonderful man Chris was.My thoughts are with all of you….may your memories of Chris help guide you thru this most difficult time and forever fill your heart.
Lesley, my deepest condolences to you and your family. Such a tragedy. Our prayers are with you.
I am so very sorry for your loss – how such tragedy can happen at the blink of an eye leaves one reeling. We really never do know our fate, or that of our loves ones. I didn’t have the privilege of knowing Chris or anyone else enveloped in this tragedy, but the human experience of sorrow draws us together. I hope that you can find some comfort in the wonderful memories you shared, and in the love of family and friends.
Dear Margaret, Lesley, David and Wendy
I only knew Chris when he was a very little boy, I have lovely memories of our closeness and friendship way back then.
My heart goes out to all of you and his wife Teresa in your terrible loss. Such a waste of what was evidently a good man.
Love
April & family
To the family and friends of Chris fulton: I am truly sorry for your loss. Our loving creator has provided hope and comfort to help us through such difficult times. Isiah 33:24 promises a time when “no resident will say “I am sick”…..John 5: 28,29 promises a resurrection…. Rev. 21:4 promises a time when there will be no pain, outcry or even death……The time will soon come when these scriptures will be fulfilled. In the meantime hold on to the memories of your loved one and prepare yourselves that you may be there to greet him when the time comes.
We come from a long line of professional drivers Dad and Grandpa having their own business as well. We also have been following the news since this tradegy happened.
