CORRIGAN, Catherine…..
Peacefully surrounded by Love, on Wednesday, December 7, 2011, at People Care Oakcrossing, London, Catherine (McDonald) Corrigan in her 91st year. Beloved wife and life partner of Leo Corrigan for 66 years. Loving mother Terry Corrigan (Helen) of Bracebridge, Colleen Smith (Ed), Ed Corrigan (Wendy), and Teresa Corrigan-Holowitz (Stephen) all of London. Predeceased by her son Pat Corrigan (1967). Cherished Nana of Christie, Lisa, Anne Marie, Michael, LeeAnne, and Adam and great-nana of Satya. Dear sister-in-law of Vince Corrigan (Pearl) and Helen Felker (Sam). Predeceased by her siblings Francis, Tommy, Jack, Marie, Madeline and Mary. Also missed by special friend, Sporty the dog. The family would like to thank the staff of Inspirit Residence and People Care Oakcrossing for their care and compassion. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received by the family from 9:30-11:00am on Saturday, December 17, 2011 at the Church of the Epiphany, 11 Briscoe Street West, London, where a celebration of Catherine’s life will be conducted in the Sanctuary at 11:00am. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Church of the Epiphany – Elevator Project or the Outreach Fund, 11 Briscoe Street West, London ON N6J 1L9. A.
