COLLINS, Helen Bernice

At Chelsey Park Nursing Home, London on Thursday, December 1, 2011 Helen B. (Linton) Collins in her 86th year. Beloved wife of John “Jack” Collins for 63 years. Dear mother of Cathy Furewycz (Andy), David Collins (Jana) and Nancy Leyland (Peter) all of London. Loved grandmother of Chris and Katie Furewycz, David, Jessica and Charlotte Collins, Maeghan Chute (Scott) and Patrick Leyland. Predeceased by her 3 sisters and 2 brothers. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received by the family on Wednesday, December 7, 2011 from 1:00 – 2:00 pm (1 hour prior) at Mount Zion United Church, 471 Ridgewood Crescent, London where a memorial service will be conducted on Wednesday at 2:00 pm with Reverend Susan Cameron officiating. Inurnment in Woodland Cemetery, London. The family wish to express their thanks to the staff at Chelsey Park and especially the staff on the 3rd floor. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimers Society of London and Middlesex, 435 Windermere Road, London, ON N5X 2T1 would be appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to the A.
