Well, Aunt Win has finally received the “upward call”. She wondered for so long why the Lord was leaving her here. However, she lived a full life to the end. Until she was 98 she volunteered at Parkwood in the Gift Shop. She will be sadly missed.
We knew Aunt Wyn loved us, she was a terrific worshipper and prayer warrior. We will miss her hugs and kisses.
Terry really came to know, appreciate and respect Aunt Winn at the Impact Rhema Meetings. She was such a warrior for Jesus Christ, and just loved to praise and worshiop him. She always has a smile for you at all times, Deborah loved Aunt Winn’s kisses on the cheeks on Sundays. We are having fun just imagining her first days in heaven
I have been so blessed to have been loved by such an amazing woman. From the time that I was a toddler she showered me with love and encouragement which I will never forget. One of my fondest memories of Aunt Wyn is of her on her 99th birthday. We took her to Swiss Chalet to celebrate and I was so proud of her and wanted everyone to know that she was 99 years old. When the server asked how it felt to be 99 she said, amid chuckles: “Oh, I feel great. I could do an Irish Jig.” Aunty Wyn we will miss your kisses, your laughter and your sincerest generosity and undying love. Give Ruby a big kiss for us!
Thanks for the Tim Horton’s visits, prayers & hugs. Most of all, thanks for the love you freely gave. You taught me a lot about being part of the body. I’ll miss you. Who am I going to yell to now?
My favorite thing about Winnifred Couper is her hearty laugh. On her 100th birthday we had a good one when at first glance we thought the cake said a 199 years old… Well Winnifred I will miss our coffees and hot chocolates…I was so honoured to serve you in the later years of you life and especially these past few months…I love you and will see you again someday…I will listen for your laugh.

The Lord has answered ‘Aunt Wyn’s’ prayers. She is truly happy. After saying thanks to Jesus, she must have said, ‘why so long Lord?’ A truly great woman of God.
I loved watching Wyn praise the Lord. I remember one time hearing her pray at a Rhema meeting- powerful and on purpose! What an absolute inspiration!
I will miss your beautiful smile.
to a friend and work associate winnie may you rest in peace doris
We met Wyn & Ruby on the bus one day many years ago and became fast friends. After Ruby passed away, we maintained a lovely friendship with Wyn and I knew her when she worked at the Parkwood Gift Shop. She will be missed by all who knew her, a dear sweet soul with a beautiful smile a lot of love to share!
