I am so sorry for the loss of your mother. I didn’t have the pleasure of knowing her, but I have recently lost my mother and I know just how painful it is to try and adjust to life without her. My name probably won’t sound familiar to you, but I believe that our fathers were in the army together and worked in the Pioneer Shop. They called my dad ‘Tex’ (Selig).

Please accept my apologies for the previous email–I was trying to edit it and it disappeared!
Having just lost my own mother,(Sept/11), I felt compelled to write and express my sympathy to your family. I did not know your mother, but I believe that our fathers (mine is deceased as well) served in the army together. As it is so close to rememberence day, they are also close in thought. My dad was known as “Tex” Selig.
It will not be easy to adjust to life without your mother but time will make you a little stronger and help you to cope better.
God Bless–Rosanne Cooper
Hello cousins:
So sorry to hear of your loss, as belated as this may be… Your mother will always remain in my memory as someone who was full of life and enjoyed the living there of. Another of her generation is gone, leaving us all to carry the memories; it is an enjoyable burden. Here’s wishing you all happy remembrances to ease the pain of her passing from your lives, but never from your mindful of memories. Thinking of you all with fondness.
