MANN, Dorothy…..
Peacefully at Country Terrace, Komoka, on Thursday, September 29, 2011, Dorothy C. (Pierce) Mann of London, in her 80th year. Beloved wife of the late Clayton Edward “Ted” Mann (1990). Loving mother of Steve Mann and his wife Shelley of London and Nancy Mann and her husband Paul Pritchard of Coquitlam, B.C. Cherished grandmother of Michelle and Jessica Mann. Dear sister of Audrey Webb and her husband Walter, Mary Monk and her husband Don all of London, Morgan Pierce and his wife Linda of Kitchener and Barb Chatterton and her husband Tom of Wallaceburg. Also missed by her nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by her son Scott (1976), her brothers Don and Wes and her sister Marjory Priest. Dorothy’s family would like to thank the staff at Country Terrace for the outstanding care they provided for the last four years. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received by the family one hour prior (12:30-1:30pm) to the memorial service being conducted in the chapel of the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London on Sunday, October 2, 2011 at 1:30pm. Private family inurnment in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, London. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to Alzheimer Society, 435 Windermere Road, London ON N5X 2T1 or the Canadian Diabetes Association, 442 Adelaide Street, North, London ON N6B 3H8.
